• Packing Only: You purchase your packing materials, and our team will come to your location to pack your home or office. 
• Labor and Materials: We provide packing materials and assist with packing your home or office.  

Cleansville's unpacking assistance, we can also:
 

• Put Away certain items, allowing you to rest after relocating. 
• Arrange and assemble items, for easy settling.
• Stage boxes and items for unpacking at your pace.

Note: Some items are customer's responsibility (money, medication, jewelry, guns, etc.)

Need help assembling or disassembling items?

Almost every move or labor project consists of something needing to be taken apart or put together. We have extensive experience in assembling and disassembling a wide range of furniture and other items.

Assembly: We ca assemble items fresh or out of the box, or furnishings you already have, and need put together.

Disassembly: We can disassemble items and prepare them for you to pack, store, load, transport, or ship. Once disassembled, our team will attach the hardware to the item so that you never have to worry about losing it.

With Renovation Relocations we provide: 

• Tenant Move-outs: Relocation from current unit to hotel/temporary unit and/or portable storage containers.
• Tenant Move-in: Relocate tenant from temporary unit back into their newly renovated unit.
• Paperwork: Detailed invoices for each tenant to sign upon completion of their move, valuation options, & other paperwork. Now you can accurately report your total moving expenses and stay in compliance with your expense reporting.
• ADA/Senior/Disabled Tenant Care: Additional moving services available for disabled, senior/elderly, & ADA tenants; suck as packing or unpacking and routine unit cleaning.
• Simplified Pricing: Per unit relocation, packing, unpacking, and cleaning pricing based on unit size.
• Specialty Hoarder Pricing: Hoarder units are priced per unit and/or per truckload based on unit size and number of truckloads needed to complete the relocation.

• Junk Removal: Removal of trash/unwanted furniture and old/unwanted appliances throughout the property after move-outs have been completed to prepare for construction (i.e. items in units, offices, common areas, etc.).
